Our shipping rates and delivery time depends on where in the world you live:

Denmark: 0 DKK / 1-2 working days

Norway, Sweden, Finland: 5 EUR / 3-5 working days

Rest of Europe: 5 EUR / 4-6 days

Outside of Europe (worldwide): 10 EUR / 4-6 days

How do I return a pair of shoes?

Kindly return the package in the same condition, as you received it in.
Please enclose your receipt and the filled out return template as to why you wish to return the package.

Please contact us at online@shoethebear.com in advance, if you wish to change/exchange the goods to another size, color etc. This way we can reserve the new item in our stock for you immediately.

Note. In case of returns or exchange of goods the shipping cost are held by the customer.

When do I get my money back? 

Once we’ve received the package we make a refund within 2 days. The transfer takes maximum 3 working days before the money is back on your account.

Do I have any complaint regarding my shoes? 

Should you have any complaints regarding missing, wrong or damaged items, or should the shoes not fit perfectly, please contact us at online@shoethebear.com.

Can I track my package? 

When your package leaves Shoe The Bear, you will recieve an order status email. In this email, you can see a tracking number for your parcel. Here you can follow on the journey of your packet, directly to your door step.
