RETURN TILL 24th JANUARY 2020
We’ve extended our return policy for Christmas 2019. Orders placed from 15th November 2019 can be returned till 24th January 2020 and are subject to our return policy.
ORDERS IN DENMARK
If you live in Denmark and planning on buying Christmas presents on our shop, you need to place your order no later than Friday, December 20th at 12:00 am, to be sure to receive the parcel before Christmas Eve.
ORDERS OUTSIDE DENMARK
If you are resident outside Denmark, it may vary depending on where in the world you are. However, if you order within Europe, you have to place your order no later than Monday 16th December at 12.00 am, to be sure to have the presents in time for Christmas Eve.
All orders purchased on our webshop after 15th November may be exchanged until Friday 24th January 2020, whether you are in Denmark or abroad.
