Shoe The Bear is shoe and sneaker brand. We’ve been in the business for many years and will be here for many more. We design and produce premium quality shoes for you and our own pleasure. POLICY
Shoe The Bear cannot guarantee that all styles, models and sizes are in stock. We will contact you via email or phone, if there is a problem regarding your order, so please make sure that you enter a valid email address and phone number when placing your order.
COMPLAINTS
Should you have any complaints regarding missing, wrong or damaged items, or should the shoes not fit perfectly, please contact us asap. Find our contact information here.
PAYMENT
Shoe The Bear accepts following credit cards: Dankort, VISA/Dankort, VISA/Electron, EURO/Mastercard and American Express. We also accept PayPal. The amount will be deducted from your account, when the purchased item(s) leaves our stock.
SECURITY
All purchases at Shoe The Bear are processed through an SSL-connection (Secure Socket Layer). This means that Shoe The Bear does not have access to your billing information. All your personal information will be kept 100 % confidential, and will never be handed over to any third party. The information you disclose when signing up for the Shoe The Bear Newsletter will only be used within Shoe The Bear. This information is only used when processing an order and in the marketing of our products.
SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
Shipping rates / delivery:
Denmark: 50 DKK (est. 7 euro) / 2-4 working days
Norway, Sweden, Finland: 14 EUR / 3-5 working days
Rest of Europe: 20 EUR / 4-10 days
Outside of Europe (worldwide): 45 EUR / 4-10 days
Any duties and local taxes for Non-EU residents, are not handled or paid by Shoe The Bear.
Kindly return the package in the same condition, as you received it in. Please enclose your receipt and a short explanation as to why you wish to return the package.

Shoe The Bear kan ikke garantere at alle styles, modeller og størrelser er på lager. Vi kontakter dig pr. email eller telefon, hvis der er problemer vedrørende din ordre. Vi tager forbehold for udsolgte varer.
REKLAMATIONER
Hvis du mod forventning skulle have nogen form for klage over dit købte produkt, skal du kontakte os enten per telefon eller mail. Du finder kontakt info her.

Fortryder du dit køb, så venligst returner pakken i samme stand som ved modtagelsen. I pakken skal du vedlægge faktura, forklaring på returnering eller oplysninger vedr. ombytning til anden vare.
